How it was born

Grappa obtained from the pomace of Nebbiolo grapes, grown in the company’s Barbaresco vineyards. The fresh pomace arrives at the distillery already fermented and distillation begins on the same day. It is then kept in steel tanks for a few months, where refinement also takes place to obtain best scents and flavours.
