Roero Arneis DOCG

How it was born

The grapes are harvested by hand in small baskets and pressed softly. The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with attention to the temperature maintained around 14-18 °C. After the fermentation, the wine spends a few months in steel containers, where it clarifies and finds optimal conditions of physical-chemical stability in view of bottling.

How to drink it

Its delicate acidic note directs it to accompany the aperitif. Its performance is also excellent at the table where it finds its best place with dishes based on vegetables and white meats, non-smoked cured meats and fish in all its varieties and cooking methods.
