Grappa di Chardonnay
How it was born
Grappa obtained from the pomace of the Chardonnay vine, coming from the company’s vineyards. The bunch of grapes is destemmed after which the fresh pomace is transferred to the distillery. Here the accelerated fermentation begins which allows for maximum fragrances to be obtained.
